ACVIM 2025 Promotional Offer Terms

• Individuals or entities who visit the Instinct Science booth #733 at ACVIM in Louisville, KY and subsequently schedule and attend a follow-up meeting with a representative of Instinct Science on or before July 18, 2025, shall be deemed eligible for a promotional incentive.
• Eligible participants who, as a result of such meeting, enter into a signed agreement to become an Instinct Science customer will qualify for a one-time discount of 50% off standard setup fees, with potential savings of up to $10,000 USD, applied at the time of account onboarding.
• This offer is non-transferable, applies only to new Instinct Science accounts, and may not be combined with any other promotional pricing. Instinct Science reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
